What you will do

• Lead people (~50%): Hire, develop, retain engineering and QA talent; run 1:1s, performance reviews, compensation, and promotions.
• Drive engagement through transparent communication, recognition, and culture of belonging.
• Provide technical leadership (~30%): Influence AWS cloud architecture, manage QA standards and quality gates.
• Drive technology backlog, champion CI/CD, DevOps, and SaaS operational excellence.
• Handle delivery & collaboration (~20%): Partner with Product on prioritization, scope, sprint planning, capacity management, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; employer does not sponsor visas (e.g., H-1B) or support STEM OPT/E-Verify
• 5+ years managing engineering teams in Agile/Scrum.
• 7+ years hands-on software development in SaaS.
• Deep AWS experience scaling production cloud infrastructure.
• Strong C#/.NET Core proficiency; React or similar JS framework.
• CI/CD, DevOps, microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture.
• BS in CS/Engineering or equivalent; strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or ERP background.
• B2B SaaS multi-tenant architecture experience.
• Containerization (Docker/ECS), IaC (Terraform), observability tooling.
