TL;DR

Director of Revenue Operations (SaaS): Operationalizing revenue strategy and driving GTM accountability with an accent on data-driven decision-making, CRM architecture, and revenue forecasting. Location: Must be able to live and work full-time in the US or Canada

Salary: 150,000 - 210,000 USD / 160,000 - 225,000 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Establish data-driven decision cadences and translate business objectives into precise revenue targets, capacity models, and headcount plans.
  • Own the revenue forecasting process in partnership with Finance, with a focus on closing gaps in CX forecasting.
  • Act as the accountability layer across GTM, using conversion metrics to define required activities to hit targets.
  • Oversee the HubSpot ecosystem and architect a transition toward an AI-enhanced revenue stack for CRM hygiene and lead routing.
  • Manage and mentor a technical RevOps Analyst, building a high-performing operational function with clear ownership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in high-growth RevOps, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations, including prior experience managing a team.
  • Essential experience in B2B SaaS with expert-level fluency in ARR, LTV/CAC, and churn dynamics.
  • Proven ability to architect and pilot AI-driven workflows, such as agentic automation and predictive lead scoring.
  • Deep technical literacy in CRM ecosystems, specifically HubSpot.
  • Must be based in and authorized to work full-time in the United States or Canada.
