Location: Remote (USA) or Burlington, Massachusetts

Salary: $244,000 – $305,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Own and grow the BI channel for analytics portfolios (Vizlib, Fiplana, PowerON) by working with Qlik Elite partners and Power BI consulting firms.
  • Recruit high-quality BI partners and improve enablement, certification, and win rates.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of channel managers across the Americas, fostering a results-oriented culture.
  • Take full ownership of channel sales goals and maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Operations, Marketing, and Product leaders to minimize channel conflict.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of channel sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding bookings goals.
  • Proven success scaling reseller and co-sell partner channels for SaaS in enterprise or mid-market segments.
  • Ability to lead and develop geographically distributed channel sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with pipeline management and reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience with BI or analytics software channel sales, specifically within Qlik or Microsoft Power BI ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting, EPM, or Office of the CFO solutions.
  • Experience in high-growth, PE-backed software companies.
  • Background in LATAM channel development.
