TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Legal): Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand regional territory value and drive revenue growth for digital legal marketing services with an accent on team leadership, coaching, and sales forecasting. Focus on mentoring sales professionals, managing pipelines, and delivering consistent performance against monthly and annual quotas.

Location: Must be based in the USA; ability to work from home and travel to customer locations required.

Salary: $105,000 base + $80,000–$100,000 commission

What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed regional quotas.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a sales team to improve development and engagement scores.
  • Handle pipeline management and ensure forecasting accuracy for the region.
  • Drive new business acquisition and manage efforts to retain existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support company-wide initiatives and technology adoption.
  • Conduct regular territory planning to align team efforts with strategic business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B selling within a direct field-based sales environment.
  • Prior experience in sales leadership managing remote and in-person teams.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and sales automation tools.
  • Must be able to travel to customer locations as required for field sales.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
