Regional Account Manager (TN)

Location: Position based in Tennessee. FLEX remote: work from home while traveling to dealership locations in TN and KY. Must reside in the local market.

What you will do

• Partner with dealer principals and managers to develop marketing campaigns using hirify.global products.
• Educate clients on digital signage best practices and optimize playlists for dealership goals.
• Measure client satisfaction, report on retention impacts, and provide feedback on competitive landscape.
• Prospect new sales opportunities, present product portfolio, and identify upsell potential.
• Travel to client sites for inspections, training, and issue resolution.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams while meeting KPIs.

Requirements

• Must reside in the local market (Tennessee).
• Driver’s license with good driving record required. Willingness to travel within multi-state region (TN, KY).
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years successful sales/marketing experience in automotive industry ideal; 6-8 years outside automotive sales a plus.
• Strong sales skills, client relationship building, and automotive market knowledge.
• Proficient in PC applications; excellent communication and time management.
