What you will do

• Fully own client relationships by building rapport, demonstrating transparency, and delivering results against joint business objectives
• Develop strategic growth plans, gain client alignment, and execute them including annual budget recommendations and marketing calendars
• Measure strategy efficacy through regular reporting, ad-hoc audits, and competitive benchmarking across retail media KPIs
• Leverage retail media and operational recommendations to drive traffic, conversions, and organic search improvements
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, analyze trends, and maximize retailer share, revenue, and profitability
• Create strategic plans for new product launches and communicate with management teams

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in eCommerce account management, sales, and/or digital marketing
• Previous account management experience with proven track record of relationship building
• In-depth understanding of retail media, sales, and operations integration
• Proven ability to manage complex Search and/or Display Media strategies across Amazon, Walmart, or Instacart
• Strong analytical skills to extract actionable recommendations from large data sets
• Moderate Excel skills; excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills

• Previous product management, project management, financial analysis, negotiation, or marketing experience
• Previous people management experience
