Salary: $75,000-90,000 base + bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Own weekly POS reporting across Mass and Grocery accounts, ensuring accuracy and actionability
• Track performance against forecast/budget, surface risks/opportunities early
• Maintain retailer systems (Walmart Retail Link, Target POL), monitor stock levels, escalate issues
• Serve as day-to-day contact for brokers, drive communication and follow-through
• Support retailer onboarding, item setup, vendor forms, and promotional calendars
• Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Operations, and Finance on retail initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years in account coordination, sales support, or similar in Mass/Grocery retail
• Hands-on Walmart experience strongly preferred, including Retail Link/Supplier systems
• Familiarity with retailer compliance, item setup, PO flow, and operational details
• Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, pivot tables, large data sets
• Detail-oriented, organized, manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator, solutions-first mindset, thrives in ambiguity
