Location: Hybrid (4 days/week in office) in Downtown Seattle
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do
- Own and grow consulting relationships with a portfolio of global brands, serving as their strategic advisor.
- Lead client calls to synthesize performance trends and align on strategic priorities.
- Translate complex datasets into polished, persuasive narratives and high-quality client-facing materials.
- Advise clients on optimization for the digital shelf and emerging AI shopping surfaces like Amazon Rufus and ChatGPT.
- Utilize proprietary AI tools to accelerate research, automate reporting, and surface growth insights.
- Generate performance reports and forecasts to drive forward-looking strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in ecommerce, retail analytics, or consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate workflows.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Downtown Seattle office (hybrid, 4 days/week).
- Proven ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into clear, confident recommendations.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL or comparable data querying tools.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Familiarity with AI shopping surfaces such as Google AI Overviews or Perplexity.
- Background in retail, CPG, digital advertising, or startup environments.
