TL;DR
Associate National Account Manager (eCommerce): Managing and growing partnerships with major retail accounts for the Moen brand with an accent on omni-channel assortments, merchandising, and eCommerce efforts. Focus on analyzing SKU-level performance, developing account strategies, and coordinating retail media initiatives.
Location: Hybrid position based in Deerfield, Illinois (work from home allowed on Mondays and Fridays)
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 USD

What you will do
- Partner with assigned accounts to achieve quarterly and annual top-line sales plans.
- Develop shared account strategies and plans to support Moen product success.
- Support key eCommerce initiatives, including retail media, online marketplace coordination, and content.
- Analyze SKU-level sales performance, category trends, and competitor activity to support business decisions.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives to increase product visibility within retail accounts.
- Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with account stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
- 2+ years of experience in national account management.
- Experience working with retailers or etailers, preferably Walmart.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and customer presentations.
- Ability to travel approximately 30%, including overnight travel.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience supporting co-op retail channels and field sales organizations.
