TL;DR

Sales Manager (Ecommerce): Leading and coaching a frontline sales team to drive seller acquisition and revenue growth on a livestream shopping platform with an accent on pipeline management, talent development, and sales execution. Focus on scaling high-performing teams, refining sales playbooks, and optimizing the outbound sales lifecycle.

Location: Must be US-based (Hubs in Los Angeles, New York, or San Francisco)

Salary: $165,000–$200,000 per year (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives through regular coaching, call reviews, and performance feedback.
  • Manage day-to-day sales execution, including pipeline management, activity tracking, and deal progression.
  • Partner with the Director of Sales to implement and refine sales playbooks and overall strategy.
  • Set clear performance goals, analyze sales metrics, and deliver regular reporting to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align the sales motion with business priorities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sales hires as the team scales.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management or team lead capacity.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales goals in high-volume outbound sales environments.
  • Experience coaching and developing individual contributors to improve performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced sales analytics tools.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a high-growth startup, marketplace, or creator-focused platform.
  • Passion for creator communities and live e-commerce categories.
  • Experience with SQL or other data querying languages to analyze sales performance.
