Salary: $165,000–$200,000 per year (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives through regular coaching, call reviews, and performance feedback.
- Manage day-to-day sales execution, including pipeline management, activity tracking, and deal progression.
- Partner with the Director of Sales to implement and refine sales playbooks and overall strategy.
- Set clear performance goals, analyze sales metrics, and deliver regular reporting to leadership.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align the sales motion with business priorities.
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sales hires as the team scales.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management or team lead capacity.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven history of exceeding sales goals in high-volume outbound sales environments.
- Experience coaching and developing individual contributors to improve performance.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced sales analytics tools.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience at a high-growth startup, marketplace, or creator-focused platform.
- Passion for creator communities and live e-commerce categories.
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages to analyze sales performance.
