What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of e-commerce client accounts as the primary strategic point of contact.
  • Translate client business models, KPIs, and growth targets into actionable marketing plans.
  • Coordinate internal media buyers, creatives, and strategists to execute multi-channel campaigns.
  • Lead performance reviews and strategic planning sessions to ensure targets are met.
  • Monitor campaign data to provide clear insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Identify and implement upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or marketing strategy, ideally within an agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including Meta, Google, email, and CRO.
  • Proven experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex performance data.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
