What you will do

• Lead enterprise brand strategy execution, translating positioning into clear guidance, plans, and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day brand launches and refreshes, including clinical and AI-enabled offerings.
• Develop and maintain brand architecture, standards, and toolkits for consistent application across all channels.
• Synthesize market and target audience insights to inform go-to-market narratives and messaging.
• Create and manage an annual brand marketing plan aligned with enterprise goals and success measures.
• Define and track KPIs and reporting dashboards to improve effectiveness and demonstrate brand value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive brand management experience, including 3+ years of people leadership.
• Proven success working within the healthcare and/or technology sectors.
• Experience executing brand strategy and governance in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-verify participant).
