Salary: $177,000–$242,000 Annual

What you will do
- Drive patient engagement strategy through multi-channel marketing and high-impact creative messaging.
- Lead the strategy and execution of a multi-channel media plan across TV, digital, and social platforms.
- Develop, deploy, and optimize unbranded and branded communications and media assets for patient education.
- Establish goals and critical metrics to measure effectiveness and drive data-driven optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including franchise marketing, medical, legal, and regulatory teams.
- Manage agency partners, handle scopes of work, and build business cases for strategic investments.
Requirements
- BS degree in marketing or a similar field.
- 10 years of pharmaceutical experience in brand management/marketing within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in multi-channel media planning and execution, including website strategy.
- Strong analytical capabilities to turn data insights into impactful actions.
- Experience managing external partners, such as consultants and agencies.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Bridgewater, NJ office on a hybrid basis.
