What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end creative strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
• Build, lead, and scale an in-house creative team, establishing high-quality workflows and standards.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Content teams to align creative execution with campaign strategies.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines adapted for performance channels like paid media, email, and social platforms.
• Implement a test-and-learn culture using A/B testing and performance analytics to optimize creative output.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and agency partnerships while reducing external dependency.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in B2B creative, design, or marketing roles.
• Proven track record of building and scaling in-house creative teams in fast-growing organizations.
• Experience developing creative assets that directly drive pipeline and measurable business impact.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-assisted design platforms.
• Must be based in the United States
• Strong fluency in creative performance metrics and data-driven optimization.
