Account Director Commercial Sales (Mid-Market) (SaaS): Drive net-new revenue growth, retention, and expansion across mid-market accounts with an accent on full-cycle sales ownership, strategic account planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Hybrid in Raleigh, NC office (3 days per week in-office).
Compensation: $180,000 - $250,000 OTE (50/50 base-to-variable split).

What you will do
- Prospect and expand within accounts to drive net-new revenue and grow 's footprint through proactive outreach.
- Own full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, including presentations, quoting, negotiation, and deal execution.
- Manage renewals, retention, and upsell opportunities using customer data and business goals.
- Conduct strategic account planning with regular reviews to identify growth and support long-term adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, services, marketing, finance, legal, and leadership.
- Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and accurate reporting while hitting quota targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS or complex tech full-cycle quota-carrying sales (Account Executive/Director/Management).
- Proven success in new business and mid-market account expansion.
- Executive-level relationship building across technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, deal structuring for multi-year agreements.
- Track record meeting/exceeding targets in product-led subscription sales.
- Prospecting, pipeline, forecasting with CRM like Salesforce; Bachelor’s or equivalent experience.
