Location: Hybrid (8 days/month in office). Must be based in the USA (Locations include Kennesaw, GA; Minneapolis, MN; Clayton, MO; Waltham, MA; St Cloud, MN, and others).

Salary: $89,600 - $157,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead sales analysis and intelligence efforts, delivering actionable insights on KPIs and business objectives.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management and forecasting using leading and lagging indicators.
  • Conduct deep analysis of sales metrics to uncover performance and productivity trends.
  • Collaborate with Sales VPs and Finance to ensure accurate sales planning and revenue realization.
  • Manage, optimize, and execute end-to-end sales operations projects and ensure effective adoption of sales tools.
  • Champion process improvements and operational efficiencies across the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
  • Proven experience delivering advanced sales analysis and BI to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Ability to build automated, database-driven workflows to reduce spreadsheet dependence.
  • Strong communication skills for influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed environments.
