What you will do
- Lead multiple engineering teams on Essentials platform including Data Hub for HR and compensation data ingestion.
- Own roadmap, delivery cadence, and quality partnering with product, GTM, and customer success.
- Drive AI-augmented practices, agent-friendly architecture, and platform modernization.
- Reduce time-to-value and friction for customers, making the platform stickier.
- Build and grow high-performing teams through hiring, leveling, and development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with peer leaders to align workstreams.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Owned multi-team customer-facing engineering org at scale in B2B SaaS for enterprises.
- Proven track record of shipping products repeatedly while improving.
- Systems thinking focused on outcomes, roadmaps, budgets, and customer needs.
- AI-native operator with hands-on use of modern AI tooling in engineering.
- Strong partnership with product and GTM for predictable delivery.
- Direct, candid communication style with bias to action and learning.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR tech, compensation, HRIS integrations, or pay analytics.
- Background scaling data-heavy platforms with ingestion and multi-tenant modeling.
- Led re-platforming or AI-native rebuilds of established products.
