Salary: $238,000-$280,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead multiple engineering teams on Essentials platform including Data Hub for HR and compensation data ingestion.
  • Own roadmap, delivery cadence, and quality partnering with product, GTM, and customer success.
  • Drive AI-augmented practices, agent-friendly architecture, and platform modernization.
  • Reduce time-to-value and friction for customers, making the platform stickier.
  • Build and grow high-performing teams through hiring, leveling, and development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with peer leaders to align workstreams.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Owned multi-team customer-facing engineering org at scale in B2B SaaS for enterprises.
  • Proven track record of shipping products repeatedly while improving.
  • Systems thinking focused on outcomes, roadmaps, budgets, and customer needs.
  • AI-native operator with hands-on use of modern AI tooling in engineering.
  • Strong partnership with product and GTM for predictable delivery.
  • Direct, candid communication style with bias to action and learning.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR tech, compensation, HRIS integrations, or pay analytics.
  • Background scaling data-heavy platforms with ingestion and multi-tenant modeling.
  • Led re-platforming or AI-native rebuilds of established products.
