Salary: $146,000 - $176,000 per year

What you will do
- Execute paid search, paid social, display/retargeting, and content syndication programs to meet pipeline targets.
- Implement SEO and AEO tactics to ensure visibility in AI search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, forms, and CTAs.
- Build and manage nurture sequences, lead scoring logic, and lifecycle email programs within the marketing automation platform.
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops on Salesforce/HubSpot reporting, attribution, and data hygiene.
- Partner with Customer Success to execute automated adoption and expansion programs.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Proven experience owning paid media execution across search, social, and display.
- Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models and pipeline reporting.
- Experience building and maintaining nurture and lifecycle programs.
Nice to have
- Experience with intent signal platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.

Hiring process
