Salary: $210,344 - $315,516 USD (tiered by location: Tier 1 $252,413-$315,516; Tier 2 $231,378-$289,223; Tier 3 $210,344-$262,930 base + bonus, equity, benefits).

What you will do
- Define and execute growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, re-engagement, owning KPIs like CAC, LTV, conversion rates, revenue.
- Build lifecycle marketing for onboarding, engagement, advocacy via email, SMS, in-app, push; drive upsell/cross-sell.
- Own website end-to-end: roadmap, product storytelling, conversion experiments, brand experience.
- Oversee paid acquisition (search, social, affiliate, display, SEO, partnerships); optimize multi-channel campaigns and ROI.
- Establish experimentation culture with A/B testing, funnel analysis, dashboards; leverage data for decisions.
- Lead and mentor growth marketing team; collaborate with Product, Sales, Brand, Analytics, Finance.
Requirements
- 10+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- 5+ years leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Proven scaling of acquisition/retention in high-growth environments.
- Expertise in paid media, lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization, attribution.
- Strong analytics with Google Analytics, Tableau, HubSpot, Marketo or similar.
- Managing large budgets with measurable ROI; excellent leadership and communication.
