Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (Raleigh) / 85,000 - 100,000 CAD (Toronto) + annual bonus

What you will do

• Own and scale SEM and PPC strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and B2B review platforms.
• Lead keyword research, clustering, and bid management to optimize CPL, CVR, CAC, and LTV.
• Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) by designing and running A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages.
• Utilize AI and automation tools like Claude to accelerate keyword research, ad copy ideation, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales to ensure lead quality and routing alignment.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B growth/performance marketing experience with deep SEM and SEO ownership.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and review platforms.
• Proven track record of improving session-to-lead conversion through structured CRO experiments.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics tools, GA, BI, and CRM reporting.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or complex, high-ACV sales cycles.
• Must be based in the US (excluding specific restricted states) or Canada.
