What you will do
- Provide Tier 1 onsite technical support for end users in a primarily macOS environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues for MacBooks.
- Administer and support core collaboration tools including Google Workspace and Slack.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for IT, including onboarding, offboarding, and asset recovery.
- Maintain conference room AV systems, displays, and conferencing platforms to ensure operational stability.
- Document service requests and incidents in the IT ticketing platform and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional IT support experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apple macOS troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, and system configuration.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration and end-user troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with MDM platforms, specifically Kandji.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
- Willingness to work onsite in NYC at least four days per week.

- Active user with a passion for accessible software creation.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Linux endpoints.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Apple Certified Support Professional.
