TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide Tier 1 onsite technical support for end users in a primarily macOS environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues for MacBooks.
  • Administer and support core collaboration tools including Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle for IT, including onboarding, offboarding, and asset recovery.
  • Maintain conference room AV systems, displays, and conferencing platforms to ensure operational stability.
  • Document service requests and incidents in the IT ticketing platform and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional IT support experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apple macOS troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, and system configuration.
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration and end-user troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with MDM platforms, specifically Kandji.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
  • Willingness to work onsite in NYC at least four days per week.

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Linux endpoints.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Apple Certified Support Professional.
