What you will do

• Own and drive the expense allocation methodology, refining models to improve scenario modeling and storytelling.
• Manage the application of allocation methodology across actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain and automate driver-based allocation models using Anaplan.
• Analyze and reconcile STAT and GAAP expense results across all legal entities, profit centers, and cost centers.
• Collaborate with data management teams to enhance expense reporting views and downstream dashboards.
• Lead strategic expense analytic projects to provide critical insights for the Board and Executive Leadership Team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry with a track record of increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or actuarial science.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience developing quarterly and annual expense forecasts.
• Strong expertise in GAAP and STAT technical accounting, expense allocations, and scenario modeling.
• Proficiency with Anaplan, SAP (PaPM, S/4HANA), MicroStrategy, and Tableau.
• Must be located in or able to work from Boston, New York, or Springfield.

• Master's degree (MBA, Finance, or Accounting).
