What you will do

• Lead monthly forecasting and annual planning processes, including data collection and system submissions.
• Manage financial consolidation across Americas Transportation, Warehousing, and Supply Chain businesses.
• Enhance reporting and information processes to deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Accounting to ensure financial accuracy.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and competitor analysis to support business and finance partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting and Auditing, preferably within a large Public Accounting Firm or Manufacturing Organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with US GAAP.
• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Cost Center Management.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Akron, OH, US.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SAP or Hyperion.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA, and/or CPA certification.
