What you will do

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and monthly close processes.
• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, scenario analyses, and KPI tracking.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making, resource allocation, engagement profitability, WIP, and receivables management.
• Identify and implement improvements in financial systems, reporting tools, automation, and ERP optimization (e.g., Workday).
• Manage and develop high-performing teams in billing and FP&A, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Support integration of financial reporting for acquired entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
• 8+ years of experience in professional services, with expertise in financial and management reporting.
• Experience overseeing FP&A functions, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP systems (e.g., Workday preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; strong leadership and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
• Graduation from top-tier undergraduate or business school.
