TL;DR

Business Partner, People and Culture (Software): Supporting global people strategy and employee experience with an accent on international HR matters and organizational design. Salary: $120,000 – $140,000

What you will do

  • Provide strategic HR Business Partner support and organizational design oversight for hirify.global.
  • Manage employee relations and administer employee surveys to develop action plans.
  • Oversee benefit programs and coordinate open enrollment in collaboration with the Total Rewards team.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and career path development.
  • Facilitate the HR setup of international offices and ensure legal document compliance.
  • Manage all aspects of employee leave, including maternity, STD, LTD, and parental leave.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be able to work hybrid (2 days per week) from the Columbia, MD headquarters.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and efficient project management skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of human resources practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Prior experience handling international human resources matters is highly desired.
