What you will do

• Localize and execute global marketing campaigns, including digital assets, social content, emails, and webinars for DACH audiences.
• Align with DACH sales team to develop sales enablement materials, customer stories, and co-marketing with partners.
• Plan and manage trade shows, partner events, and customer days, handling logistics, branding, and lead tracking in HubSpot/Salesforce.
• Adapt global content and messaging for German-speaking market, manage translations, and ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• Native-level German and fluent English.
• 3+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, construction tech, or enterprise software.
• Experience with regional campaigns, field marketing events, HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Express/Canva.
• Familiarity with GDPR and DACH data-privacy standards.
• Solid organizational, stakeholder-management, and Office 365 skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sprout Social, CMS platforms (HubSpot/WordPress).
• Background with DACH sales teams or channel partners.
• Strong digital aptitude for new tools.
