What you will do

• Manage engagement bookings and achieve revenue targets for the NetSuite practice.
• Develop and execute strategic plans across Marketing, Sales, and Professional Services.
• Perform high-level billable consulting and manage strategic client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Mentor the team in business development strategies and account planning.
• Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing software and operating systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to build a marketing calendar and determine product fit for the client base.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• University degree in Business or Computer Science (Master's degree is a plus).
• 10+ years of related business experience in consulting and practice products.
• Experience managing MS Dynamic 365 projects within a consulting environment.
• Strong business acumen, financial analysis skills (ROI & TCO), and sales/marketing experience.
• Ability to engage and negotiate with senior client management, vendors, and contractors.
