What you will do

• Manage the overall customer experience with IT to increase the operational effectiveness and speed of service delivery.
• Lead the development of the IT service strategy and technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategic plans.
• Oversee resource management plans, labor cost accountability, and budget ownership for multiple departments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to IT leaders and business executives to identify and meet evolving business needs.
• Foster an environment for leadership growth and professional development within the team.
• Research and recommend new products and identify market opportunities to optimize IT processes.

Requirements

• 13 years of progressive IT management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in negotiation, conflict resolution, and technological management tools.
• Ability to build ROI and economic projections to optimize IT expenditures.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse associates and management levels.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Durant, OK (80% requirement).
