What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery, from scoping and roadmapping to final launch across multi-workstream engagements.
• Establish operating cadences and bring structure to ambiguous enterprise environments for clients.
• Manage high-pressure relationships across C-suite, product, and engineering stakeholders.
• Embed periodically with client teams on-site to drive outcomes and build deep trust.
• Identify and drive account expansion opportunities by turning delivery success into additional scope.
• Coach engineers to operate as proactive independent consultants rather than ticket-takers.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Accenture, Deloitte) or enterprise tech services.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships worth $1M+.
• Ability to operate on-site with clients periodically as an expectation of the role.
• Active daily use of AI tools to automate workflows, reporting, and communications.
• Technical fluency to translate between complex engineering constraints and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience working on AI-driven products or familiarity with LLM integrations and copilots.
• Understanding of modern development workflows, including CI/CD and AI-assisted coding.
• Experience in forward deployed engineering (FDE) or embedded delivery models.
