TL;DR
Account Executive (Mexico): Prospect and capture new Enterprise business in networking solutions while growing existing accounts with an accent on channel partnerships and large complex deals. Focus on developing business plans, forecasting, pipeline management, and closing deals with CXO-level stakeholders in Central America and the Caribbean.
Mexico City, Mexico (Remote)
Base compensation: 100,000-130,000 USD + commission (50/50 split)

What you will do
- Prospect and capture new Enterprise business while expanding the existing install base using solutions sales expertise.
- Develop in-depth business planning and reporting including monthly forecasts, weekly commits, and pipeline growth.
- Manage relationships with Extreme Partners, maintaining existing ecosystem and recruiting new key partners in the region.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to exceed sales quotas through new business, established accounts, and channel management.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Proven hunter with history of developing new customers and exceeding quotas.
- Experience closing large complex deals in Enterprise networking at CXO levels.
- Strong background and relationships in Channel and Distribution in Central America and the Caribbean
- Strong business planning, forecasting, and solution selling skills.
- Self-starter with executive presence, high energy, and competitive industry knowledge.
