What you will do
- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with assigned dealers to achieve sales targets and expand market coverage
- Define and execute channel strategies, including pricing, promotions, and incentive programs
- Monitor dealer performance, align with company goals, and implement corrective actions
- Manage and grow direct key accounts, building relationships with decision-makers
- Develop account plans for key customers with growth strategies and long-term partnerships
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support dealer and account needs
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities
- Prepare forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, distributor/dealer management, or key account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth through indirect and direct channels
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools and sales reporting
- Conversational English level
- Domestic and international travel required
