What you will do

  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with assigned dealers to achieve sales targets and expand market coverage
  • Define and execute channel strategies, including pricing, promotions, and incentive programs
  • Monitor dealer performance, align with company goals, and implement corrective actions
  • Manage and grow direct key accounts, building relationships with decision-makers
  • Develop account plans for key customers with growth strategies and long-term partnerships
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support dealer and account needs
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities
  • Prepare forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, distributor/dealer management, or key account management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth through indirect and direct channels
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Conversational English level
  • Domestic and international travel required
