Focus on building and scaling the AM team from 4 to 8, coaching through CSM-to-AM transition, setting operational standards, and partnering with Account Executives.

What you will do
- Own NRR for DACH: manage renewals, expansion, churn prevention, and upsell across the full portfolio
- Lead, coach, and develop the AM team through CSM-to-commercial transition
- Hire and onboard additional AMs to scale team to 8 within first 90 days while running operations
- Drive adoption of AI Voice Agent and AI Assist Pro as primary expansion levers with ROI-focused conversations
- Set standards for pipeline generation, renewal hygiene, risk management, and coaching
- Engage in strategic accounts and partner with DACH AE team on handovers and opportunities
- Represent DACH AM in cross-functional forums and contribute to EMEA best practices
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English – hard requirement
- Proven track record leading commercial Account Management or post-sale teams in B2B SaaS with NRR, renewal, and expansion ownership
- Experience running teams through model transitions like CSM-to-AM shifts or scaling
- Hired and developed individual contributors in high-growth environments
- Strong operating discipline with reliable pipeline views and team accountability
- Comfortable balancing people leadership with direct customer engagement
Nice to have
- Experience positioning AI-powered SaaS, especially voice automation or conversation intelligence
- Familiarity with DACH SMB and Mid-Market buying dynamics
- Prior exposure to GRR-to-NRR post-sale transitions
- Experience in multi-area EMEA structures
