What you will do

  • Define and execute the sales strategy for Mexico, owning revenue targets, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead, scale, and develop the sales organization, including Inside Sales, Account Executives, and lead management channels.
  • Continuously improve sales processes across the funnel, monitoring conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Measure, analyze, and present sales results in weekly/monthly reviews, tracking key metrics and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales and Sales Management, ideally in B2B SaaS or Tech.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams in fast-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and lead-based models.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including advanced Excel / data skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency, able to present results and work daily in a multicultural, international team.
