Salary: $273,000—$341,300 USD

What you will do
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support corporate objectives and growth initiatives.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends to provide actionable insights for profitability.
- Lead and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Partner with product development, marketing, and operations to assess financial impacts of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and the board of directors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with 5+ years in a leadership role within technology, software, or gaming.
- AI-first automation mindset with proficiency in BI tools like Looker and AI tools like Claude.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Experience with Adaptive Insights and Workday systems.
- Professional proficiency in English for verbal and written communication.
