What you will do

• Own end-to-end consolidated financial reporting for hardware organizations (Io and Robotics), integrating R&D, Product, COGS, and OpEx.
• Establish and run the hardware financial operating cadence, including monthly close, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain cohesive, driver-based forecasting and reporting models.
• Design and manage hardware financial systems and tools to drive standardization and automation.
• Provide executive-ready financial insights, trend analysis, and risk/opportunity signals for hardware leadership.
• Establish data governance and quality controls to ensure financial outputs are trusted and auditable.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with significant exposure to hardware, manufacturing, or complex supply chain businesses.
• Expert financial modeling skills with unwavering commitment to accuracy.
• Exemplary ability to distill complex financial information into actionable insights and data storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills.
