What you will do

• Own the end-to-end annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly reforecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain corporate financial models, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet projections.
• Lead monthly business reviews, synthesizing actuals vs. budget with variance analysis and forward-looking commentary.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to build financial scenarios for strategic decisions, M&A activity, and capital allocation.
• Design and continuously improve internal financial reports used by leadership, the board, and investors.
• Own the FP&A tech stack and drive automation of recurring reporting and forecasting workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Demonstrated experience owning a full AOP cycle and monthly/quarterly close reporting.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience as a finance business partner to G&A or corporate functions.
• Hands-on experience with FP&A platforms (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Pigment) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Proven ability to automate and streamline financial processes.
• Must be based in the United States.
