Leadership Development Program (Retail): Developing future leaders across Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Technology with an accent on entrepreneurial business management and strategic decision-making. Location: Columbus, Ohio (Onsite) or Remote (USA) specifically for Digital & Technology Full-Time roles

Salary: Full-time (Digital & Tech): $65,000 - $75,000; Interns: $9,000 for 9-week program

What you will do

  • Manage product strategies, analyze market trends, and lead cross-functional teams in Merchandising.
  • Forecast product performance and establish financial strategies across global channels in Merchandise Planning.
  • Contribute to corporate strategy through FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Internal Audit in Finance.
  • Develop technology solutions and uphold software standards to solve business problems in Digital & Technology.
  • Synchronize supply and demand and measure global business performance in Supply Chain.
  • Coordinate customer-centric product placement and in-store creative processes in Visual Merchandising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or junior status working towards a degree.
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (transcripts required).
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to thrive in collaborative settings.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, structured corporate environment.
  • Must be based in the U.S. for remote-eligible positions.
