Salary: $62,000 + Bonus

• Complete a comprehensive curriculum involving shadowing, lectures, and hands-on practical applications.
• Lead specific initiatives and participate in professional development book clubs to build leadership skills.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate (must have graduated within the last 2 years).
• Must reside in one of the specified US states.
• Less than 2 years of professional experience.
• Ability to write effectively, present ideas, and deliver results.
• Sponsorship is unavailable for this role.
