Salary: $62,000 + Bonus

What you will do
- Undergo a 16-week training program focused on business skills and corporate etiquette.
- Rotate through various departments to align personal strengths with business needs across marketing, retail, analytics, operations, and studio teams.
- Collaborate with a direct manager and a training mentor for consistent feedback and professional growth.
- Complete a comprehensive curriculum involving shadowing, lectures, and hands-on practical applications.
- Lead specific initiatives and participate in professional development book clubs to build leadership skills.
Requirements
- Recent college graduate (must have graduated within the last 2 years).
- Must reside in one of the specified US states.
- Less than 2 years of professional experience.
- Ability to write effectively, present ideas, and deliver results.
- Sponsorship is unavailable for this role.
