What you will do
- Complete comprehensive claims training programs, achieving 85%+ on quizzes, scenarios, and final exam.
- Investigate automobile claims thoroughly, evaluate validity, and determine payouts based on policy terms.
- Resolve claims efficiently while adhering to company standards, industry practices, and regulations.
- Document investigations, evaluations, and actions accurately in claims management system.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, policyholders, and stakeholders via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Maintain professionalism, regular attendance, and stay updated on regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Must be based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA for onsite office and call center work.
- 2-4 year college degree or 1+ year industry experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; typing 35+ WPM with minimal errors.
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume call center with background noise.
- Analytical skills, sound decision-making, empathy, and customer service orientation.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to handle high-pressure situations.
