What you will do

  • Complete comprehensive claims training programs, achieving 85%+ on quizzes, scenarios, and final exam.
  • Investigate automobile claims thoroughly, evaluate validity, and determine payouts based on policy terms.
  • Resolve claims efficiently while adhering to company standards, industry practices, and regulations.
  • Document investigations, evaluations, and actions accurately in claims management system.
  • Communicate effectively with claimants, policyholders, and stakeholders via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Maintain professionalism, regular attendance, and stay updated on regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA for onsite office and call center work.
  • 2-4 year college degree or 1+ year industry experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; typing 35+ WPM with minimal errors.
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume call center with background noise.
  • Analytical skills, sound decision-making, empathy, and customer service orientation.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to handle high-pressure situations.
