What you will do

• Develop and manage accurate sales, production, and operational targets based on historical data and market trends.
• Maintain promotional planning tools and conduct post-promotion ROI analysis to optimize trade strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align targets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Analyze performance data and deliver regular reports and presentations to leadership teams.
• Coordinate with field teams and 3rd party merchandising partners to optimize retail execution at Walmart.
• Manage item setup and promotional plans within customer portals and retail systems.

Requirements

• Walmart headquarter level experience is mandatory.
• 5+ years of customer planning or retailer account management experience within the CPG industry.
• Ideally based in Bentonville, AR or the surrounding area.
• Proficiency in Anaplan (or similar forecasting tools) and Walmart item set-up processes.
• Strong data analysis, presentation, and data-based storytelling skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel, including evenings and weekends for special events.

Nice to have

• Experience with team collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
