What you will do

• Work with supervisors, specialists, sales reps, and dealer personnel to address product issues and customer concerns.
• Lead territory investigations and troubleshooting, creating detailed reports to inform designers and drive product changes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealer support personnel for positive customer experiences.
• Instruct technical training for dealer technicians and end users.
• Perform demonstrations of new products and coordinate with factory on customer needs.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal
• Related university or college degree, or equivalent experience
• Strong background in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system diagnostics and repair
• Understanding of agricultural equipment, including grain harvesting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with remote team
• Travel 60-70%; valid driver’s license and passport (able to cross Canada-US border)
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
