Installation Coordinator BOP

What you will do

• Review designs, participate in design reviews, and prepare installation plans including man-hours, schedules, budgets, manuals, staff requirements, tooling, and site infrastructure.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and risk assessments during preparation phase.
• Ensure site team awareness of plans, provide technical support, resolve issues with design engineering, lead schedule updates, short-term planning, and progress reports during execution.
• Analyze installation costs, progress, and deviations.

Requirements

• Five (5) to ten (10) years working experience on hydroelectric installation sites as site manager or supervisor
• Proven leadership ability, excellent understanding of hydroelectric turbines and generators
• Strong French and English proficiency, both oral and written
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) and Primavera P6
• Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, autonomy, multitasking, and customer service orientation
• Legal status to work in Canada is required
