What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of up to 100 high-net-worth individuals through the full donor lifecycle: cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Lead proactive prospect discovery through relationship and network mapping to identify new donor opportunities.
• Develop and implement long-term engagement strategies to deepen donor commitment and grow revenue.
• Secure five- and six-figure gifts through front-line fundraising activity.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and program staff to align donor interests with the organization's urgent priorities.
• Develop briefing materials and solicitation plans for high-level face-to-face interactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive fundraising, major gifts, or sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing multiple 5 and 6-figure gifts or contracts.
• Must be US-based.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and navigate CRM systems.
• Dedication to international development, human rights, and social justice.
