Location: Remote USA (based in CST, EST time zones)
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage a territory of 2,000+ accounts using a mix of phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Book 15 meetings per month, ensuring at least 9 are qualified by Account Executives.
- Handle pre-meeting follow-ups and reminders to ensure high prospect attendance rates.
- Respond rapidly to intent signals from prospects interacting with company content and webinars.
- Apply scalable personalization to outreach based on triggers like new hires or fundraising goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (specifically CST or EST time zones).
- Proven resilience and ability to handle high-volume outreach and rejection.
- Disciplined approach to calendar management and maintaining a high level of daily activity.
- Strong communication skills to explain platform value to nonprofit leaders clearly and helpfully.
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to lead the team leaderboard.
- Coachability and openness to feedback and data-driven approach adjustments.
