What you will do

• Manage a strategic portfolio of approximately 100–125 major donors and prospects.
• Develop and execute personalized cultivation and solicitation strategies for six- and seven-figure gifts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive philanthropic revenue.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to support data-driven portfolio management.
• Represent the organization at donor meetings, community events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (CFRE or advanced degree is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of fundraising experience working directly with high-net-worth individuals.
• Demonstrated success in closing six- and seven-figure major gifts.
• Must be based in the Boston, MA area.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally up to 50% of the time.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven management.
