Salary: $128,000 - 170,000 (base) + commission

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of Strategic Account Executives and Directors, providing clear vision and market penetration strategies.
  • Develop and implement selling strategies to ensure volume and profit objectives are achieved for assigned business lines.
  • Partner with C-suite and V-level customers to ensure internal buy-in at the highest level.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive overall customer value and satisfaction.
  • Manage sales funnels and pipeline accuracy to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor and report sales activities using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a relevant area.
  • 5+ years of business experience, including sales team management.
  • 2+ years of success selling complex software and/or services.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to participate in discussions with VP-level leadership.

Nice to have

  • Direct people management experience, including hiring and performance management.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Background in healthcare systems, medical, or software solutions sales.
  • Experience with various ERP systems.
