What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for provider growth, from aggressive outbound sourcing to closing.
- Conduct in-person selling and relationship management within a 2.5-hour radius of the Chicago metro.
- Utilize provided lead lists to drive outbound sourcing and provider consulting.
- Maintain remote selling strategies for assigned accounts outside the immediate geography.
- Contribute to playbooks and process improvements within a fast-growing 0-to-1 environment.
Requirements
- Must currently reside in the Chicago area.
- Ability to be in the field at least 3 days per week within the designated geography.
- 3+ years of experience carrying a quota in outbound sales or business development, preferably in healthcare.
- 2+ years of experience self-sourcing pipeline through outbound channels, including cold calling.
- Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle deals independently with strong discovery and closing discipline.
- Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Nice to have
- Experience selling at a startup and taking a business from 0 to 1.
- Experience selling to a variety of healthcare personas, from individual providers to executive decision makers.
- History of internal promotions in previous sales roles.
- Proficiency in applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems.
