TL;DR

Director, Customer Partner Portfolio (Sales/Account Management): Managing relationship management, account growth, and profitability for portfolio accounts with an accent on retail, luxury retail, and manufacturing. Focus on driving proactive account growth, owning account P&L, and building trusted CxO relationships.

Location: Must be located in the New York or New Jersey areas

Salary: $161,520 – $348,840

What you will do

  • Hold end-to-end responsibility for relationship management, account growth, and profitability for a set of portfolio accounts.
  • Build and maintain valued CxO relationships using a consultative approach.
  • Drive lead generation and closure of new offerings while minimizing erosion in renewals.
  • Own account P&L, revenue, and growth objectives, ensuring operating margin improvement.
  • Expand existing work into larger scope and new capabilities, building a GTM pipeline with partners.
  • Invest in the development of account talent and act as a steward of company culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing the sales process end-to-end.
  • 5+ years of experience running account P&L of $10M+.
  • Significant experience in the retail and manufacturing industries.
  • Located in the New York or New Jersey areas.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
