What you will do

  • Own strategic relationships with national and regional pharmacy partners, acting as their primary growth advisor.
  • Drive collaborative business planning and forecasting to enhance pull-through and margin performance.
  • Identify and activate high-leverage programs across pricing, marketing, and tech integrations.
  • Lead proposal development and renewal cycles, owning scope, value modeling, and delivery planning.
  • Manage and coach a team to drive performance and overall professional growth.
  • Travel 20–40% for strategic planning sessions, business reviews, and industry events.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with a Master's degree or 12+ years with a Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or strategic partnerships within retail pharmacy or healthcare.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Deep fluency in pharmacy economics, including margin, reimbursement, and cost-to-fill.
  • Proven success managing complex, high-volume national or enterprise-level accounts.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills for influencing C-suite stakeholders.
