Business Development Director

TL;DR

Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 / year

What you will do

• Meet or exceed territory order intake quota through prospecting and account management.
• Identify prospects with competitive advantages and connect with decision makers.
• Uncover client needs and execute winning account strategies.
• Collaborate with operations and proposals teams on technical solutions.
• Develop strategies to position NEI as preferred contractor in utilities market.
• Log interactions in HubSpot and provide market feedback.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of successful sales experience in the Utilities market.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM tools.
• Proven effectiveness in remote or hybrid environments.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, growing company.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
